Summary: Our tour on Tuesday of 10/21/2025 and our guide was Shannon (hope I spell her name correctly). Everything was well informed and she showed up on time to pick us up from our hotel. She was very pleasant and most impressive young girl in her age that I have ever met. The trip to Arctic circle was long (total 14 hours) and the road condition was definitely not everyday normal highway condition. Snow, ice, foggy with low visibility and lot of bumpy roads along the trip made it very challenge while driving, but she handled it extremely well. We felt very safe with her. Unfortunately, the weather was too cloudy, so we were not able to see the clear sight of northern lights but the whole experience was totally worth. I will totally recommend this trip.

Summary: Shannon was amazing! She worked so hard to make sure we could see even a little of the Aurora despite the cloudiness during the trip. She was lovely, helpful, and full of so much Alaska knowledge. Highly recommend!

Summary: Shannon was an amazing tour guide. She engaged with the group regularly, and on a day where it seemed like the clouds would stop us from seeing the lights, she continued looking for any amount of clear skies until we were finally lucky enough to see them.
