Summary: What a Wonderful experience to be in an authentic working kitchen in Sliema with fellow traveller's learning the mystery of pastizzi making!!! Michela was gracious, knowledgeable and patient with all her students. She makes the process very accessible and gives us confidence to try this at home. I love her next generation passion and new ideas for this Maltese tradition. Well done and congratulations on your work life balance achievement!
