Very nice experience. The wine was fantastic and the local cheeses were a perfect match to the wines. But most importantly was our guide through our adventure Giorgio who was incredibly well informed about the wine and food and culture and history of Sicily. Our 3 hours with him flew by.

Great wines, great cheese, very knowledgeable guide! The selection came from across Sicily so I felt we got a good representative introduction. Will be on the lookout for my favourites in enotecas for the rest of the trip. And will lobby my local deli back home in Australia to stock some of those cheeses!

Our guide was amazing. He had deep knowledge of the history of Sicily, the food pairings and of course the wine. He was able to weave everything together into a compelling adventure. There were no Oenophiles in our group to probe the depths of our guides knowledge but I am confident he could address the nuances of his wine selection. The setting was also beautiful, tucked away in a local wine shop/eatery. Overall a fantastic experience.
