Summary: Jose was our contact, Jorge was our guide, and Shaggy was our driver. We departed a Margaritaville cruise, walked through a market to the Progresso shuttle, met Jose, and then Shaggy took us to a ruins site and a cenote site. Jose had to switch both sites to lesser locations that were apart of a cheaper package last minute without prior communication because he said the other sites were too far and closed. No discount offered, even when requested. However, Jorge was an excellent guide. Gave us history the whole time, took our pictures, took as much time as we wanted. Shaggy navigated difficult streets with ease. Felt safe around the various areas. Overall, recommend.

Summary: Great experience with the whole team. Had Bianca as our guide for the day and was a great tour outside of our cruise offerings with a lot of 1:1 conversion with there only being 7 people in our whole group.
