Summary:
We had an excellent experience! We prepare with appropriate clothing and footwear. In our case tennis with good grip, t-shirt and comfortable dry fit shorts. Wearing gloves was a big deal. Ours were a pair of gardening gloves, with "full" fingers. A backpack with water and drink with electrolytes. We ate well before we went.
We arrived at the rendezvous point on our own and from there went with the instructors to the starting point.
Security talk was first on the show. The instructors paid close attention to making us feel relaxed, knowledgeable and safe all the time. Besides giving us a fun time. His help explaining the details of the equipment and technique was great.
We hope to participate in another tour soon!

It was wonderful to see our 12-year-old start with nerves and ultimately it felt unstoppable.
