Summary: An incredible experience! I have wanted to scuba dive for years and I have completed most of my online training - our instructor went over and completed some of my PADI competencies with me. They supplied snacks in between both dives. My partner has never dived before and isn’t as comfortable in the water and they explained every single step to us. We both felt safe and looked after!

Summary: I definitely recommend doing scuba diving and these guys were the best to do it. It was one of the best experiences of our life so far. The guides Javí and Jonathan were great and the coral reefs in these area are otherworldly. They always made sure everything is okay, that we are safe and guide us through.

Summary: I had the pleasure of booking scuba diving with this company for two days in a row, and it was truly the highlight of our trip. From the moment we arrived, the staff made everything smooth and easy, but what stood out the most was the guides. They were wonderfully attentive and genuinely caring toward my family, making sure everyone felt safe and comfortable both in and out of the water. On both days, they patiently explained the equipment, checked in with us often, and adjusted the pace so that even the less experienced divers in our group could fully enjoy the experience. If you’re looking for a professional, family-friendly scuba diving experience, I highly recommend booking here. They were attentive and provided support to me and my older children (20 and 17).

Summary: This is a terrific operation. I already have my dive certification and wanted to introduce my kids - 14 and 18 - to diving. We showed up and were greeted by the crew. Our instructor, Nina, did a great job with my kids on the instruction work and then led us to the requisite practice dive at the beach. From there we joined several other dive groups on their boat and headed out for two dives. We were in the water 40 min for each dive and Nina stayed just with us the entire time. She was a great underwater guide and the other dive groups on their boat also seemed to have a terrific experience. Isla Mujeres waters offer amazing visibility, making it a terrific early dive experience. I highly recommend.

Summary: Professional and experienced team. I was quite anxious whilst doing the safety skills under water and not sure if I could complete the course - but our instructor Dani was so good at reading me and encouraged me to keep on going. He held my hand the entire time during both dives which made me feel calm and I ended up enjoying it and successfully doing both dives. I felt super proud of myself after finishing and so grateful that Dani accommodated to my needs so I could still get a good experience and overcome my fears. My partner who wasn’t scared like me also had a great experience. We saw a baby turtle and a sting ray and lots of other cool things and would definitely recommend this try-dive to anyone not ready for a full padi course. Thank you so much Dani and team! If you’re cold natured, I’d recommend to ask for a wet suit before going out to the sea. It wasn’t offered and we were just diving in our normal swimsuits but I got quite cold (even though the water is still warm) and would personally have enjoyed wearing a wetsuit. (Or maybe this could be something that the team could offer at the beginning?)

Summary: Best experience of my life. It is both challenging and a peaceful adventure at the same time. Nina is an incredible instructor. Summary: Danny and the rest of the dive team did a great job at teaching us the basics and taking care of us on the two dives we did, we had an absolute blast and felt safe the whole time. You start by learning some critical skills in shallow water, then there’s some downtime while the other people in your dive group arrive, then you’ll head out to the dive locations. Overall spent about 3.5 hrs out on/in the water. Couldn’t recommend this enough for anyone interested in seeing some sea life and the underwater museum.

Summary: One of the best things to do and spend the extra money and get the video and photo package. These guys were the best. We had Roy as our guide on the boat and for the snorkeling. We had our two teenage boys with us, and they loved it. Driving a boat across the wave. What an experience for them. Roy new where all the cool things were while were snorkeling. He pointed out a 5-foot-wide hiding Sting Ray and a sea turtle out for a swim. The boats are some high adrenalin fun for the vacation. and a big shout out to the Sky Selfie club on the videos and pictures. These guys know what they are doing. We were ripping through the water, and drone was flying right in front of us taking our video. Very cool results on the videos and pictures. This tour is what memories are made of. We will be sure to hit this one again when we are back in Cancun. Great job Jungle Tour Team!

Summary: What an incredible group of people. from the instruction to the actual dive, it was all great. Our safety was the most important thing to them and really exposing us to the enjoyment of diving. I would do this exact tour again it was that enjoyable. we are even going to get certified now. Don't miss out on this adventure. We saw sea turtles, 1000's of fish even some big puffer fish. we had two dives that were over 45 minutes each and some good snacks in between.
