On July 22, 2025 we scheduled a food & waterfall tour with Hi 5. What a great experience! Our guide, Kelly, was wonderful. She was friendly, fun and so very informative. We were 5 couples and had a nice van to travel in. Kelly provided us with a lot of information and history as we traveled through the island. Our trip included the coffee/cacao tasting and shop, Waimea Falls, yummy food trucks for a lunch stop and KoHana Rum distillery (with sampling). A great day that covered a lot ... Just enough. I'd highly recommend this tour, especially with Kelly as your guide.

Summary:
My husband and I wanted to go to Waimea falls but didn't want to repeat a full island circle tour. We found Hi5's tour to the chocolate factory, falls, and rum tasting and thought it was perfect. Unfortunately when I tried to book online there was no availability but I called the phone # and inquired. Instead of just saying "Nope, sorry" the lovely gentleman I spoke to said "Let me see what I can do". Even though it was under 24 hours notice they made arrangements so my husband and I could do the tour. I got a text with the details shortly after booking and just to make sure I got a call the next morning confirming we had received the info and knew where our pickup was. We were greeted by our driver with a warm box of Leonard's malasadas and leis. Mike was amazing and very personable. He shared great information and took us to new places and helped us see new things we hadn't seen on our prior tour. We loved the chocolate farm, the falls were beautiful, and the rum tasting was super fun. Just when the day was wrapping up Mike had the idea to go to the beautiful Nu'uanu Pali overlook with an amazing view of Waikiki and the Diamond Head Crater. He was great at giving us plenty of time at each destination and space to explore but also taking photos for us and making great conversation. The tour was exactly what we had hoped for and we felt so blessed that Hi5 went above and beyond to make it happen. Thank you so much for an amazing day!!

I’ve had an incredible experience with Hi5 Tours Hawaii! Our guide, Ryan, was absolutely fantastic—enthusiastic, fun, and incredibly knowledgeable. Despite the rainy weather, he made the tour feel unique and exciting rather than a setback. His energy and passion for what he does really shone through, and he went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time.
The stops along the tour truly gave me the full aloha experience. From visiting the coffee farm and macadamia nut farm to exploring the Dole Pineapple Plantation, every stop was both fun and insightful. The delicious lunch options were a highlight, and my absolute favorite part was paddle boarding—it was such a memorable experience!
I’ve also had the pleasure of taking one of their private tours with Yanni, who made mine and my daughter’s dream of horseback riding on the beach a reality. It was an unforgettable experience, and I can’t thank Yanni enough for making it so special.
