We were unable to go on this shore excursion because our cruise ship couldn’t dock due to strong winds. I informed Viator that since we did not foresee this port stop being canceled, we did not cancel 24 hours prior. Viator reached out to the tour company and after a couple days refunded us our tour payment. Thank you for your understanding and professionalism.
