Summary: This was FANTASTIC! We loved the visit to the local produce and fish markets to start the tour and learning the history of the city along the walk to the cooking school. We also learned how to clean fish and test that it’s fresh. Our lead chef was wonderful (our class ended up being private), teaching us how to cook sardines, dorado, carpacchio, risotto with calamari, homemade bread, and rozata cake. I highly recommend if you are a foodie and want an authentic Dalmatian experience!
