Summary: Thanks to Alpenwild and their first-rate guides, Louis and Sophie, for the fantastic hike from St. Moritz to Italy. I had never been to the Alps before, and I had never heard of villages like Soglio and Malaga, nor the Engadine Valley or Bregalia. Everything was spectacular and I couldn’t have asked for more from either Alpenwild, their guides or Switzerland itself. Well worth the money!!!

Summary: We stayed two nights in the Engadine in a hotel. This gave us a free ride on the Muottas Muragl cable car up the mountain and after the two-hour hike down the panoramic path with the chairlift. Arrival and return journey with the Rhaetian Railway to our hotel on the Morteratsch were also free. Why you need a tour guide on this easily accessible hike is puzzling to me. The view of St. Moritz and the lakes can be seen on its own, and the view of the Bernina massif is also wonderful during the hike. To charge around 450 euros per capita is ... Shaking your head.
