Li provided extraordinary services. He not only purchased the entrance tickets, he also provided recommendations on how to best navigate the area. If you book tickets from him, you will receive instructions (with pictures) on where to start and where to end with the sites arranged in sequence. It helps alot if you do not have a lot of time. Just follow the sequence and you will not miss any major attractions. Summer palace is huge! Thanks to Li, i did not end up getting lost and going in circles.
