- the first available restrooms are not accessible until guests reach the first floor, about 15 minutes into the visit. please plan accordingly

- please plan to arrive 15 minutes before your selected timeslot
- wear comfortable shoes. stiletto heels, steel toe boots, sports cleats and other footwear that can damage mirrored flooring are not permitted
- children 5 and under get in for free, no ticket required
- the entrance is located on the main concourse of grand central terminal, below street level
- present your summit one vanderbilt smartphone ticket at the entrance
- outside food and beverage, smoking or e-cigarettes, large packages, suitcases, or weapons of any kind will not be permitted beyond the security checkpoint
- guests with strollers are welcome to visit summit, however, they must be able to fold up the strollers for access to the elevators and escalators
- guests with foldable strollers are welcome
- all summit tickets are timed. summit operates at full capacity. you might not be able to get in if arriving more than 20 minutes after the time indicated on your ticket (you may be asked to wait until the first possible open timeslot). any late arrival will be accommodated based on availability and a rescheduling fee
- if visiting during the day, sunglasses are recommended
- no storage for personal items - large bags, large backpacks, and luggage not permitted
