Experience Teide Sunset and Stargazing from Chejilipes, Canary Islands - Book Your Evening Tour

Experience sunset and world-class stargazing in Teide National Park on Tenerife, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and a 2013-designated Starlight Tourist Destination and Starlight Reserve by the Starlight Foundation; at about 2000 meters altitude you’ll watch the sky sharpen as light pollution drops, making this one of the best places in the Canary Islands to observe constellations and bright stars. You’ll benefit from the park’s special law protecting pristine night-sky conditions-controlling flight routes and limiting artificial light-so your astronomy-focused event or guided tour is set against reliably dark skies. Whether you’re booking a romantic sunset, a family-friendly skywatching workshop, or an outdoorsy evening under brilliant stars, this protected high-altitude setting gives you unforgettable views and a focused, authentic stargazing experience on Tenerife.

Summary: An amazing experience, very well organised and a true passion was shown through our tour guide Ozzy. He was incredibly knowledgeable and hilarious. The 3 course meal was simple but enjoyable, it was organised well and included wines, water and fizzy, whilst other options could be purchased from the bar. The sunset was stunning as was the stargazing afterwards. We had excellent visibility and it was incredible to view it from a volcano, above the cloud line. A once in a life time excursion.

Summary: Unforgettable experience. We came with our kids (9,12 yrs). Convenient pick up and drop off. Restaurant dinner was okay, but not our favorite food (but good value for money), amazing sunset view and amazing stargazing. Highly recommended, but bring winter clothing it is very cold in 2000 mts height.
