The SUP board looks like a large surfboard and is well balanced on the water. Here we challenge and improve our balance, strength and not least the core muscle. Benefits of SUP Yoga: • Stimulates and strengthens stabilization and core muscles • Increased strength and flexibility • Improves balance and coordination • Reduces stress • Improves posture • Attentive presence • It is fun Who is SUP Yoga for? SUP yoga is suitable for everyone, both beginners and more experienced yoga practitioners. On the water we get the opportunity to get acquainted with simple yoga poses in a new way as the transition between the different positions becomes slower, while at the same time paying attention and balance. You do not need to have any previous experience with SUP, but you must be able to swim. what_is_included: - Qualified instructor, - SUP board, - Safety belt and wetsuit if required. what_to_bring: Outfits: No bikinis, but yoga clothes and possibly woolen underwear or thin fleece if it is a bit chilly.
