Summary: My sister and I took the Science &Art of Tea Blending class. It was a delightful class in a cozy setting inside the shop. We sampled several teas, I particularly enjoyed the apple spice one. The owner gave us a-lot of interesting herb facts and sheet with blending with herbs suggestions. The class lasted about 1 1/2 hours. The shop sells CBD oil & gummies . I sampled some of that, too. I had recently fallen and the CBD lotion helped make the bruising in my arm & wrist less painful. Ya’ll stop by,It’s a great shop in downtown Portsmouth, NH.
