We had such a wonderful time on our wine tasting tour in Bologna! Our guide, Filippo, was absolutely excellent — friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about the local wines. He made the experience both fun and educational, sharing interesting stories and insights about each wine and the region’s traditions.

I was not very knowledgeable regarding the wines from this part of Italy but Fillipito taught us all we needed to know. We went to three -four wine stores that he had set up for to sample wines and all were enjoyed.
