Summary: I can't think of enough good things to say about this company and the people there that we dealt with. My family visited Switzerland in September of 2025 for ten days and had an amazing and unforgettable trip. I dealt primarily with Jana in planning this privately guided vacation but also received assistance from Joshua and Fabienne as well. We had an idea of certain places we wanted to see but also received invaluable guidance on seeing beautiful places and hidden gems we otherwise would have missed. The booking process was so well organized and easy. Starting with a tour of Old Town Zurich that was followed by a boat ride on Lake Zurich, we went on to enjoy so many other gorgeous places including but definitely not limited to: Appenzell; Lucerne; a Cable Car ride up to the top of Mt Titlis; an Eiger Express Gondola ride to the Jungfrau Railway and then on to Jungfraujoch - the Top of Europe; Gimmelwald; lunch and sightseeing at the top of the Schilthorn; Interlaken; taking the Goldenpass Express from Interlaken to Montreux; Old Town Thun; and Old Town Bern. Our guides, Bruno and Elia were the best. Both were so nice, personable, knowledgeable, and professional. They made sure we saw as much as we could while still going at our preferred pace and provided so much information on what we were seeing and the history behind these beautiful places. We could tell they really wanted to make sure we were having the absolute best trip that we could - and we did! Other things to know: the above-mentioned people made sure we had the best recommendations on lodging and dining. We also had the best drivers - they picked us up when and where they said they would, were as professional and polite as could be, and were extremely safe drivers. And the Mercedes vans were so comfortable. We never had to think or worry about how we were going to get somewhere, the timing involved, or making reservations and purchasing tickets. We just sat back, relaxed, and enjoyed our trip. I can't recommend Myswisspanorama enough!

The Hidden Gems Day Tour was truly that — hidden gems at every turn! From tasting Swiss luxury chocolate to exploring the historic town of Glarus, marveling at UNESCO landscapes, and enjoying a traditional Swiss lunch amid breathtaking views, every stop was thoughtfully planned. The Klausenpass adventure and arrival at Ameron Luzern Hotel Flora made for a perfect finish to a full day. The Golden Roundtrip to Mount Pilatus was another highlight — gliding up the gondola, standing at the summit, and then taking the cogwheel train down followed by a peaceful boat ride on Lake Lucerne. Each moment felt like stepping into a postcard. The Best of Bernese Alps tour was a favorite for many — from Lake Lungern and Lauterbrunnen’s waterfalls to the Swiss picnic and the cable car ride in Mürren, the day was filled with nature’s magic. Settling into Hotel Interlaken that evening felt like coming home. Our self-guided exploration of Grindelwald gave us time to wander at our own pace — visiting Grindelwald-First, the Glacier Gorge, and discovering the charm of the Glacier Village. The scenic train ride to Zermatt and visit to the Gornergrat offered some of the most stunning views of the Alps we’ve ever seen. Unwinding at the Wellness Hotel Alpenhof was the perfect ending to a day full of beauty and wonder. The Glacier Express experience was pure magic — watching Switzerland’s landscapes unfold from Zermatt to St. Moritz was breathtaking. Our stay at Hotel Reine Victoria capped the journey with comfort and elegance. The Val Roseg horse carriage ride, the beauty of Pontresina, and our final train back to Zurich Airport wrapped up our adventure with calm reflection and deep gratitude. What stood out most was how flawlessly MySwissPanorama handled every detail — from the moment we arrived, to the perfectly timed transfers, buses, and train connections, and the expertly knowledgeable guides who brought each destination to life. Every aspect was handled with precision and care, making it effortless for us to simply enjoy and take in the beauty around us.
