Summary: Rosa is amazing. We had so much fun last night. I am not a good cook but she helped us every step of the way. I learned so much. Our ravioli and pasta dishes were so good. I highly recommend this. We took a water taxi to get there in her home.

Summary: Its experience is so much fun. We took a water taxi from the hotel to get there, which made it very easy. Rosa is wonderful. She helps you through each dish step-by-step, and explains the process. We went for dinner and booked the whole experience so we made ravioli., pesto pasta and pasta with sauce. Then Tiramisu for desert. We also left with a bunch of her recipes that she shared. We are from the states and we met a nice family from Scotland that was cooking with us. It was one of our favorite all-time things that we have done in Italy.

Summary: This was probably the best thing we did on our whole trip. Rosa is amazing and we lucked out as it was just the four of us. We had so much fun learning about the foods we were going to prepare as well as the whole process of making everything and then enjoying a great meal.
