My wife and I and her cousin had a wonderful time during the cheese demonstration, hands on experience, and cheese tasting with wine! What a beautiful property with flowers, vegetable garden, and lemon trees. Such friendly hosts who speak English well. I highly recommend this activity, and it was one of the highlights of our Italian vacation. It was very convenient for the host to take pictures of us (then later air dropped to my phone) while our hands were full of cheese! Just note it is a good 15 minute plus drive up the hill from Vico Equense town. Plan ahead for a taxi. We were grateful for the assistance from some locals and friends of the family to get us there and back to town as taxis were not readily available.

There wasn't one thing that I did not like. It was a great trip. Linda, George and Whitney go well beyond what you would expect to make sure you have a wonderful time. The cooking school was fun, as well as the truffle hunting! The room was very comfortable and clean. If you have the chance to go there, GO!!!!! You will not be sorry, I went in May of 2018, could enter the correct date in.
