The whales have migrated further north allowing us to observe in our district. - round-trip transport (can be ordered at an additional cost minimum 12 hours before the tour)

- You must show up 15 minutes before departure to get dressed.

- if adverse weather conditions occur at the time and date of a booked tour, you have the option to either cancel the tour with a full refund or reschedule it to a new date.
- the minimum required number of participants are two persons. if you book for yourself, you can pay for two adult tickets or the tour is cancelled unless more people book the same tour at a later date. if you pay for two adult tickets, you will be refunded the extra ticket if more people join the same tour.
- when everyone is ready and dressed, the guide will give you necessary information before you access the boat.
- should you choose to reschedule rather than cancel, and a new date and time are agreed upon between you and the captain, this new arrangement becomes binding. if you does not attend the tour at the rescheduled date and time, the original booking remains valid, and payment for the tour will still be required in full.
- on board the boat you must follow all security policies and the information given to you beforehand.
- note: we cannot guarantee we find whales or if the weather is optimal to spot whales for each tour.
- if you are late for the tour, the boat will wait max 10 minutes after the tour's starting time and then leave for the tour. you will then be reported as a no-show and not eligible for a refund.
