Experience one of the most classic tastings of our tradition just outside Assisi in Umbria: a guided wine-and-cheese pairing where you’ll savor our organic Assisi DOC and Umbria IGT wines matched with cheeses, house-made jams and balsamic vinegar from our farm and trusted local producers. You can tailor the tasting menu to suit dietary needs-lactose-free, gluten-free, vegetarian and more- and if weather or temperature makes the outdoors uncomfortable, the tasting moves to our cozy indoor tasting room. If you have special requests, contact us and we’ll respond; we also offer, on request for a fixed rate, transfer options from the city center, from Spello or from the Assisi train station, and we can coordinate pickup from local hotels to make your visit seamless.

Tili Winery is the best! Overlooking some of the vineyards and an umbrella covered seating, this winery has it all.
The knowledge and passion of the hosts is unmatched. The pairings were delicious and Anna Laura (daughter of the winemakers) was delightful! You’ll taste organic Assisi DOC and Umbria IGT wines paired with cheeses, jams and balsamic vinegar from the farm and local producers. The tasting includes a guided tasting of four different organic wines, hot bruschette with extra virgin olive oil and fresh tomatoes, cheeses and jam or balsamic vinegar, plus the option to enjoy a free walking route through the vineyards and olive groves.
If outdoor conditions are unsuitable, the tasting will take place inside the tasting room so you can still enjoy the wine and cheese experience comfortably.
Private transportation is excluded, but you can request transport from the city center of Spello, the Assisi train station or local hotels for a fixed rate - contact the host to arrange this service in advance.
