Winery Visit with Tapas

Summary: It really was the best tour I could find the guides are amazing and the wines are the best I have tasted in Portugal ! It’s also the first time I have seen and been inside a wine barrel !!! 10/10

Summary: The guided tour was excellent. I came with a friend from California and booked two wineries to tour and learn about Douro's wines and Ports. This was the best of the two in spite of the fact that the second winery was fancier, with more money, and a corporate venture. That one was terrible. No personalized tour and the wines are inferior in quality to this one. Fancier is not always better. The lady that guided us through the winery was knowledgeable, kind, fun, and accessible. Her knowledge was rooted in experience. She obviously loves her work and understands the whole process of wine making. A great value for the price which was not cheap but was reasonable. I bout a few wines to send to California and can't wait to share them with my wine-appreciating friends.

Summary: We were part of a group wine tour. This family Quinta was a great stop with friendly and entertaining staff, high quality and well priced wines and unique experience. Highly recommended.

Summary: Me and my wife ended up “not wanting” to visit the farm and try their wines. Mr. Miguel made a brief presentation and welcomed us with sympathy. After that we ended up making the wine experience with your son and I really thank you for going. Summary: Set in the beautiful small town of Celeirós do Duoro the Quinta do Beijo is an excellent representation of a traditional Portguese winery run by a authentic and passionate family. Our group was able to enjoy the entire winery to ourself and had a wonderful and informative tour guided by Teresa. We saw the son of the owner João, who was a passionate and charismatic individual who made us feel right at home. The offers of DOC wine and Port were phenomal! The 10 year Tawny Port has changed my mind on which Port is my favorite! If you are near Sabrosa, Villa Real or anywhere near this part of Duoro you have to check out Beijo! They open their winery to let you see every bit of their production, including their finishing barrels, the oldest around 170 years! Highly reccomend to locals and tourists alike.

Summary: João was our guide for the wine tour. He was super fun and humorous as well as informative. During the tour we were able to learn about the wine making process and we even got to crawl into a barrel! Amazing experience and worth every penny.

Summary: Super nice guided tour! Guide is superfunny, and explains everything with passion! The tour is really handson and interactive, which makes it fun to do! We really enjoyed our guided tour, it was the best. Also the wines we tasted were amazing - we really recommend this tour and all the amazing wines to everybody!
