Summary: Clive was a warm host, who made our experience amazing! I was travelling to Malta with family friends, one of whom was a teenager interested in crafts (like me!). We selected this activity together, as it looked very interesting. The activity was set in the ground floor of a wonderfully eclectic and artistic house that Clive is slowly refurbishing. Clive explained the traditional method of making tiles, and he helped us select a traditional pattern to paint onto our tiles. We also spoke about the Maltese art scene, he answered all of our questions about Malta art and culture, talked about Clive's art and differing styles, and overall we had a lovely afternoon. Many thanks again Clive!

You do not have to be an experienced painter. You can take the tile home in a nice box, a very nice souvenir from Malta :-)
