About the Space:
A luxurious beach house with the dining roomas the main meeting point, openingout to the expansive front deck. A beautiful spot where you can spend hours watching the waves roll on to the beach or enjoy a BBQ oricy cold beverage taking in the scenery. With its elevated position, it is private yet takes in the expansive views out over the ocean and down to Palm Beach.
Themain house itself can sleepup to eight. The Master bedroom has a Queen Bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms two and three have Queen Beds whilst bedroom four has one bunk bed. A contemporarykitchen with modern appliances including a Nespresso Coffee Machine. An inviting outdoor setting to enjoy the sunshine and relax.
The living area has onetwo-seaterand two three-seater leather sofas. Large plasma TV, Foxtel and home theatre system. Wi-Fi Internet and landline telephone for receiving calls and making local calls. Blue Ray DVD player in living. Internal laundry with washer and dryer and ironing board.
The self-contained studio has two Queen Beds and one Single Bed in the one open plan room with ensuite bathroom and a four seat dining setting, four seat sofa and kitchenette with a barfridge. The studio contains a smart tv and home theatre system.

Other things to note:
No More Than 13 Guests(11 adults and 2 children are permitted to stay at Ultimate Beachside Getaway 13unless agreed to in advance by the owners. Guests Must Notbyoany additional mattresses or bedding. All guests must be declared at the time of bookings and any extra guests will be asked to leave the property and/or will forfeit their deposit bond.
No Parties or Events: As we are situated in a quiet residential neighbourhood, we ask that you please be respectful of our neighbours and ensure that there is no outdoor noise after 10pm, we request no music or outdoor entertaining after this time. Sound travels easily to our immediate neighbours and as such, please be aware of noise levels at all times of the day. External securitycameras are located at entrances.
Should there be ongoing noise disruption, oursecurity company will becalled to the property. Ifthey deem the noise levels from the street disruptive to excessive itwill result in asecurity call out fee and possibleeviction.
No Pets Allowed
Linen, Towels and Cleaningservices areincluded as part of thecleaning fee. Guests are responsible for keeping spa area clean and germ free.
Credit Card Pre-Authorisation (Refundable)is required for each stay and is in addition to the booking charge. The guest is liable for the full cost of any breakages, missing items or damage caused to or within the property during their stay, even if it exceeds the Pre-Authorisation amount.
Smokingon the property both indoors and within the grounds is strictly prohibited. Any residual odours or evidence of smoking will incur anadditional cleaning fee. Please restrict smoking to a distance from the property and dispose of any cigarette buts appropriately away from the property.
As this home is being offered as a short-term rental, we kindly ask our guests to familiarise themselves with the short-term rental code of conduct, in particular part 2.5 which refers to the rights and obligations of the guest. This will help ensure your stay is enjoyed without interruption
