Positive: We love the view, and the space that compares to the city, and the proximity to nature. The hosts were extremely helpful. A note to future hotel guests, if you take the bus from Lugano, the terminal is one floor down. GPS won't tell you that.

Negative: The only problem is we open the balcony door to sleep to get the cool air in, if the next balcony person was smoking or talking, we suffer. I suppose vice versa, but we are not smokers.
