This mountainside home near Bandera, Boerne & San Antonio offers a very comfortable and tranquil setting. Unlike a hotel, this 15-acre pet-friendly vacation rental-with a private hot tub and 20-mile views-is nestled deep in the Texas Hill Country and surrounded by wildlife, including deer, beautiful birds, Texas Madrone trees, wet-weather creeks, natural springs, and stunning views of sunsets, the moon, and the stars. The result is a very private, quiet, and unforgettable experience for guests.
This peaceful and private 1,000-square-foot home includes all the essentials, featuring an open floor plan, soft towels, clean and comfortable linens, and high-quality bedding and furnishings to ensure your stay is relaxing and memorable. The home also offers full modern connectivity, including fiber-optic WIFI, a dedicated workspace, and excellent streaming for Roku and Netflix. Open the four French doors to take in the incredible views from inside the home. The kitchen is fully stocked with two coffee makers (regular and Krups), a tea kettle, coffee grinder, electric cooktop, microwave, and convection oven. We also provide pots and pans, silverware, dishes, BBQ utensils, wine opener, knives, coffee cups, and drinking glasses for wine, liquor, and water/sodas.
The home is best suited for a couple, as it is a one-bedroom layout. The private bedroom features a comfortable queen bed and its own private bathroom with a large Saltillo-tile walk-in shower and ample closet space. A rollaway bed is available for a third guest.
