Summary: hotel in great location. staff very friendly and helpful. rooms not very big and not very comfortable. kitchen very basic . bathroom ok but needs some tlc. great shower tho. no iron in apartment. nice pool area but despite the hotel requesting no putting towels on sunbeds if not using - the requests were ignored- very annoying when wanting to sit round the pool and none available because of peoples selfishness. generally the hotel flora is a reasonable place to stay but it could definitely so with some updating. a few things - tv not working, powercut and apartment flooding we could have done without but the staff at the hotel dealt with these issues very efficiently so no complaint there.
