Positive: The apartment was clean, comfortable beds. You can use the hotel facilities which is great, especially the well equipped gym. There is a laundry in the building which you can use for 3.5 Euro

Negative: They don’t provide you with anything, unlike all other apartments I’ve been to. I had to go to the reception to ask for salt:pepper and dishwasher capsules. Initially I was told they don’t provide it and I need to go and buy. I was not happy. Then they came to my apartment and gave me (including some coffee capsules which I understand why they don’t provide- and that’s ok) But overall these basic things should be out of the box without a need to request it in my opinion and in my experience, and I’ve been to many many apartments in Austria. The pillows need a refreshment, you sleep on them and there is like no pillow. Overall, the hotel price is very similar and includes breakfast. That would be a better option if you intent to stay at Wagrain.
