Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: The location and the communication with the host. There was tea and coffee selection for us. I would just suggest to add a bottle of water as amenity, for when the guests arrive, specially if you arrive during the night and everything is already closed.
Negative: Our flat was located on the second floor and when we arrived in the night was extremely hot inside.. we couldn’t sleep. I saw there was AC and that’s why we booked this flat, but once we arrived we realised it was just one portable AC in the room and there’s no doors between the room and the living room, so that AC never refrigerated the entire area enough. I was sleeping in the sofa-bed and it was unbearable even though there was a fan pointed towards me the entire night. Also, the carpets were not washed properly before we arrived and below the bed there was a lot of dust.
Summary: Host should have left the portable AC on before we arrived
