Summary: People: Very polite and friendly owners (exchange by email) and helpful contact person to the handover on site close by. flexible response to our travel conditions (came by overnight sleeping train from Paris). Also friendly neighbors probably mainly owners. French corner with just a few foreign guests. Site: Perfect size for four people. We put a single bed for our little one next to the double bed. So the big one had her own bedroom. We often cooked - the kitchen is well equipped among other things with modern induction stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher. Enough space in the dining or living room toilet separated from the bathroom with spacious shower. Every room equipped with air conditioning, but we just used it twice shortly before sleeping. Especially the terrace in the little protected garden we used a lot. Also the shared pool area with a small and a bigger swimming pool was perfekt and cleaned up every day before 9 a.m. Linen and cleaning comes extra. Surroundings: A great beach with coarse sand in the immediate vicinity. Shallow access and rocky area for snorkeling starting in the area to the right. Cute little cottage settlement on the beach. Smaller restaurants and kiosks for most in the immediate vicinity. Larger shopping facilities can only be reached by car. Generally more secluded. Approximately every hour there is a minibus for 1€ per adult to Argeles (beach and town centre). From the train station we could go to Racou in 10 minutes. Back no more taxis were available. Only the super-friendly driving assistance of a person on site saved us. All in all a great summer holiday!
