Positive: It’s affordable and fairly clean. The window-type air conditioner works well and keeps the room cool, and there is plenty of hot water.
Negative: It’s located in front of The Bellview Resort, but you have to go a little way into a residential alley. You have to walk all the way to the front of Modala Resort to catch a tuk-tuk. Ants keep coming in through the gaps around the window air conditioner. There is no refrigerator or hair dryer. Only one blanket is provided. The room is smaller than it looks in the photos.
Summary: Good enough for a place to crash on a budget.
