Just a stone's throw away from the BEACH and infamous "Windrift" and "Iacona Golden Inn". Conveniently located next to a park, playground, restaurants, and a walk or bike ride to downtown Stone Harbor for shopping! Also only 20 min from 2 golf coarse on Rt 9!

One queen bed, set of bunk beds and when including the sofa bed in the living room, you can also comfortably sleep up to 6 people during your stay. Wifi, washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen for all your needs.

Full access to heated saltwater pool that closes at 6:30 pm everyday, with friendly pool attendees that are always around willing to help out. (contingent upon Gov's approval)

2 beautiful grills are accessible for all guests. Grilling utensils are available in storage closet. Reach out to me for access code.

Summary: The location of the property is perfect - right on the border of Avalon and Stone Harbor. It was clean and had all the necessities. The one bedroom has a queen, and a double/twin bunk, short dresser, tall dresser, large closet and still plenty of room. Lots of hooks to hang towels on. I stayed for 6 days - 3 by myself and 2 with my 3 adult kids and 2 of their significant others. Was a ittle tighter for 6 adults, but we made it work and it was only for a couple of days. Linda was great and very accommodating, and always responded quickly. The pool is wonderful too. The condo is a mile from Stone Harbor shopping area and about 2 miles from Avalon shopping area. The beach at the end of the street was fantastic - nice and wide. Brew pub and outdoor bar at Icona are 1 block away. I hope to come back to this condo next year!
