Positive: Location is great.
Negative: Not very clean. Crumbs on table. Had a musty dusty feeling. Updated with the latest 1970s Formica. Inadequate kitchen cooking pots/pans tools. Had to call to get code to get in. WiFi did not work most of time.
Summary: Great location. Fair to poor accommodation. Not good value.
