Summary: When we arrived Kevin got in touch with us to let us know that we will not be staying at the property that I originally leased because the air conditioning was broke. He instructed us to view other properties he had that were in close proximity of where we wanted to stay. After a few hours of looking he was able to let us stay at one property for the first night and then move us to a newer property for the rest of the week. It was a bit of a rough start but overall Kevin came through and accommodated us as he should. Our condo was very nice and newly renovated and very clean with wi-fi access. The beach was in very close proximity from our condo and when we had any questions he got right back to me in a timely manner. I must say that VRBO was absolutely no help to us or Kevin at all.
