Welcome to our holiday home, where the sea view is absolutely stunning.
This 90m² duplex is part of a very cozy villa with two bedrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 4 people.
Everything is included: cleaning, bed linens, towels, and a warm welcome from Mélanie!
On the ground floor, there is a beautiful kitchen that opens onto the terrace (giving you that indoor-outdoor feel). Its large central table with a porcelain stoneware top serves as both a workspace and a friendly gathering spot. Perched on a bar stool, you can take in the blue of the sea while sipping a cold fruit juice.
In the summer, this space is designed to make the most of the mild Mediterranean weather. Large pocket sliding doors connect the room to a spacious 50m² wooden terrace. You'll find a barbecue and garden furniture there... by the seaside, the connection between inside and out is everything.
As for the sleeping quarters on this level, there is a 20m² air-conditioned bedroom with an en-suite walk-in shower. It features a queen-size bed (160cm). A small glass door gives you direct access to another wooden terrace.
The upper floor is like a 45m² luxury hotel suite, also air-conditioned. Just like a suite, you can keep the entire space open or separate it with a large 3.60m sliding door.
A balcony overlooking the sea extends the space, offering an even wider view. On one side, you can see the small harbor of Narbonne Plage, and on the other, the rocky Spanish coastline. In between lies the vast sandy beach.
Stone finishes dominate the large bathroom, which features double sinks and a walk-in shower to complete the home's comfort. The bed is also queen-size (160cm).
There are separate toilets on each floor.
Free parking is available right in front of the house.
Narbonne Plage is a small family resort, nestled between the harbor on one side and the rocks of the Spanish coast on the other. Between the two are the massive sandy beach, the sea, and our apartment.
You won't need a car here. Everything you need is close by: the bakery, butcher, grocery store, pharmacy, doctor's office, cinema, restaurants, and more.
In the summer, there are plenty of festivities in the center of Narbonne Plage. Thanks to the apartment's location, you won't be bothered by the noise, yet you're close enough to walk there (600 meters) and join in the fun.
