Summary: Stayed overnight on our road trip into Wales and what a wonderful gem it is. It was impossible to miss how this property is full of history, character and charm. The friendly and knowledgeable hosts also provided an excellent cooked breakfast with local produce. Whilst the property may not have all the mod cons of the modern chains (ie. no AC), it made up for it from the size of the bedroom, bathroom and bed (all huge); spacious parking; tranquility. The only thing I would have liked was a bit brighter mood lighting in the room as the table lamps were quite dim – even though the overhead lights (which we didn't want on) were bright enough. Overall, highly recommended and would love to come back if needing accommodation in the area.
