Positive: The appartment is uniquely furnished to a high standard and is spotlessly clean. A large comfortable modern kitchen. Located on a relatively quiet and somewhat shady street, it’s a perfect location for the railway station and exploring Bellinzona on foot. Good communication with a serious management company.
Negative: The "access to a terrace" is somewhat overrated see photo Some basic facilities normally found in a rental apartment of this high price and standard were somewhat frugal. For example: No official rubbish bags were provided (I believe now remedied) or we had to purchase WC paper on arrival or no WC cleaning materials available. Based on the current appartment regulations, any additional change of towels, bed linen, washing up cloth etc. required on a longer stay are charged in extra. For example: A new clean dry bath towel costs Sfr3.50 or a pillow case Sfr3.00! (There are no washing or drying facilities in the appartment). No rubbish separation facilities provided. A microwave oven would be of great assistance.
