Positive: The outdoor space is really nice and well-maintained. The kitchen was well-equipped.
Negative: - Critical heating issue: The building was very cold throughout our stay. Heating ran only 7-10am and 5-10pm (controlled remotely by the host). Even with heaters at full capacity during these hours, the apartment remained cold. In the evenings, we had to huddle near heaters on kitchen chairs to keep warm (see photo). Once the heating switched off, temperatures dropped rapidly, and we were forced to go straight to bed. Despite requesting extended heating given the conditions, we were only offered an extension of 1 hour in the evening until 11pm and half an hour earlier in the morning (from 6:30 am). At €115/night in winter, basic warmth should be guaranteed, not rationed. This heating schedule was not disclosed in the listing. - Electrical failure: On our second evening, the electricity failed for over an hour after using the dishwasher and kettle simultaneously, cutting off heating completely during that time. - Misleading listing: Photos show a spacious living room with a sofa. Upon arrival, this room was locked - the host said it's only accessible in summer. We were left with only a bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen, meaning no comfortable space to spend evenings with our toddler, except sitting on kitchen chairs. - Other issues: Strong sewage smell in bathroom. Given the 9.7 rating, we expected much better. The cold conditions forced us to check out a day early.
