> Here lies a beautiful 2-bedroom 1 bath air-conditioned home on a large fenced corner lot with mountain view and privacy for you and your family. In addition, tables and chairs to sit and enjoy the outdoors with ease.
> Nestled inside the prestigious well desired Montego West gated community, which offers 24-hour security. This home features modern furnishing, a full kitchen with a host of appliances, dishes and silverware to prep your own meals in a private setting.
> Upon entering you are greeted with an open floor plan; you will find the living room with a 55" smart TV and a large sofa that seats 4 with a coffee table.
> A computer desk which is great for working remotely with a 22” computer monitor that is HDMI and VGA compatible and 250mbp internet speed.
> The living room flows into the dining room, which has a large glass dining room table that seats 4 adults.
> The dining room then flows into the kitchen which has a 6-burner gas range oven, stainless steel full-size refrigerator a large sink, microwave, toaster oven, iced and hot coffee maker and electric kettle. In addition, there are adequate pots, pans and utensils to prep your own meals.
> Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, two nightstands, a Chester draw and a medium sized closet. Bedroom 2 has two twin beds, one nightstand and a medium closet.
> The bathroom has a bath/shower feature, complemented with two shower heads.
> The home is equipped with CCTV security cameras on the outside and a smoke/carbon dioxide detector on the inside. NO SMOKING allowed inside the house. There are a lot a places in the front and backyard for smoking.
> This community does not have a pool. However, the beach are less than 3 miles away.
Guest access
> Guest has access to the entire home.
> Guest will only be allowed to use the washer if their stay extends to 7 or more days. Otherwise, the washing machine will be unacceptable.
