Summary: Quite the dilemma, this hotel. Whilst the facilities are very good, the attitude of the staff, beginning with check-in are so poor (I would go so far as to say completely bereft of anything resembling customer service) that my work team and friends who regularly visit Goslar will never be staying here again (The Hotel Schiefer will now be receiving our business).
