Summary: Very. Disappointing of the front desk staff on July 18. I had a room booked for 2 nights July 17-19 I am from the mainland so I had emergency at home and had to check out early seems like they really didn't care and were all about the money when I was told you can check out early but you won't get any money back you paid for 2 nights. The money is not the problem it is the customer service these are the people that greet your customers.
