Positive: Hotel with slightly dated interior design, but great non the less. We got a clean room and baby cot, which was all we really needed.

Negative: Depending on the room orientation, you might get some noise from the trade/industrial zone, such as industrial AC fans hum or the beeping of a backing vehicle.
