Summary: The staff were indifferent and not friendly. We had ants in our room (Room 113) in the bed and on the nightstand and in the closet. We told one of the clerks about it and he said oh my goodness we’ll have somebody in there to clean. When we came back later on in the day it seemed that they cleaned and there was only one ant seen on the nightstand later that night. So at least that was somewhat taken care of. When we arrived they made me sign a disclosure agreement stating that there was to be silence from 10 PM to 7 AM and yet there were other guests in the hotel that made so much noise after 10 and after 1 in the morning and at 6:30 in the morning that it woke us up. When I asked for a copy of the disclosure or a printout I was given some kind of a mumbling excuse and I received nothing.
