Approx. 5 minute drive to Albany hospital, 20 min drive to OSU or Corvallis Hospital, and 30 min drive to Salem. There is 1 window A/C unit in kitchen/living area. There is 1 queen airbed could possible place in living room area. Someone could also sleep on the couch. There is a garage with half bath guests are welcome to use- garage is only used for additional furniture storage. The main bath is located near the 3 bedrooms and includes a tub and shower. There are plenty of bath towels. The kitchen is stocked with dinnerware, utensils, cookware, Keurig-like coffee maker and a 12 cup brew coffee maker. There is a dining table with 6 chairs. the living room has a couch with 2 side chairs. There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer a small side bonus room/office space with a small table and 2 side chairs. There is a back covered patio with storage room and a shed in the back yard. Items can be stored for longer stays. The backyard is completely fenced.
