Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Staff were very helpful and kind, room was very large with a great bathroom, very clean, great breakfast.
Negative: We had one iron that tripped the circuit breaker, the next iron spat out brown water from the steam which stained a top. Unable to iron after that as we were only given a useless small steamer. Pillows had zero support we both had neck ache, mattress extremely soft and we ordered 2 glasses of wine to the room which took over 40 minutes to arrive.
Summary: Lovely hotel in an iconic building but I would only return for the spa.
