Summary: Generally a good hotel, well located for accessing Levi and the slopes. The 'premium' breakfast was good, although not amazing, and the spa/pool complex was a nice bonus, although we only made use of it once. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the on-site restaurants (specifically the pizza one) were excellent. Unfortunately we experienced noisy guests in the rooms on both sides of us, which we had to complain about. As for the family room we had, it was bright and clean, although the steep stairs to the mezzanine were treacherous, and the bathroom layout could have been better. All in all, we had a good stay that was marred by thoughtless guests in other rooms.
