Positive: The house is perfectly located, at 10 minutes by foot from the port, 10 min by foot from the Aragonese castle, and the middle of all the hustle of the city without being bothered by any noise. There is a supermarket nearby, a great restaurant (Ciro Pulpetta) and the cinema nearby always enticed us with the smell of popcorn. There are 2 parks very close, for nice walks. The house is very spacious, with a private yard and a generous terrace at the bedroom. The owner is very nice and they waited us with a chilled prosecco and a welcome basket. They were very helpful and we communicated very good.
Negative: The house has a lot of furniture and many decorations, which are a nice touch, like an italian nonna's house, but unfortunately all those items activated some allergies for me. We also found some mold behind one of those pieces of furniture, by chance, but the owner acted immediately and cleaned /repainted the wall. Since they are such nice people I will not be worried about this, I am sure they will check and make the house a safe space for their guests.
