Positive: The staff, especially the front desk (a bit less the restaurant) - they really give you a 5 star treatment. The location of the hotel. The ramen in the evening. Easy parking. Quite nice breakfast, given the price.
Negative: The rooms are on the small side, but that is the norm for this hotel chain. The price is adapted thereto.
