Summary: Says sleeps 6. Only 3 beds and 1 couch, beds are full beds so 2 adults is tight. Sleeps 4 comfortably… but only 1 bathroom which was a challenge. It worked for us because we were in a softball tournament all weekend and so really we were only at the house to sleep. But if you plan on spending a lot of time at the house, it’s not great for entertaining.
