Positive: I like the location , the service provide and good size of the room

Negative: I did not like the unavailability of the reception. Non clear communication where the key was. Me and friend of mine has been searching for the key more than a hour. I try too reach the emergency and the contact given on my booking details but its quite long to response. Up on my check out , the ccode from te lock boxe does not work. Its also better to make information available in french.
